Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders over $99 USD.
Shipping costs for orders under $99 USD will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you need to make changes after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

VELCEN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
